By purchasing from Finity Restored Furniture — whether online, by phone, or by placing a holding deposit — you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing any transaction.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is pre-owned and priced accordingly. Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing all photos, measurements, and descriptions. If you have questions about a specific piece, contact us before placing an order and we will provide additional photos or information.
All furniture is pre-owned. We professionally clean and restore each piece before it is listed for sale. Photos and descriptions reflect the item's actual condition at the time of listing. Minor color variation from how an item renders on a specific screen is expected and is not considered a defect.
If an item you receive materially differs from how it was described or photographed, contact us at support@finityfurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos showing the discrepancy.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve any item and secure your delivery appointment. This deposit is applied toward your purchase total at delivery.
Refundable: The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery window.
Non-refundable: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. By that point, we have held the item off the market and reserved a delivery team for your window.
If we cancel: If Finity Restored Furniture is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your $50 deposit will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.
The holding deposit may be paid securely by card through our website. Your remaining balance — the purchase total minus the $50 deposit — is due at the time of delivery, not before. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit and debit cards in person at delivery.
We deliver by appointment only within our service area, which covers Marysville, Yuba City, and surrounding communities in Northern California. Delivery windows are confirmed after your order is placed.

Finity Restored Furniture is not liable for delivery delays caused by access conditions at your location, or for incidental damage to floors, walls, or property resulting from conditions outside our control.
Items are listed while supplies last. If an item sells to another buyer before your deposit is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment received.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finity Restored Furniture's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Yuba County, California.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
