We want every customer to feel confident before they buy. This page explains exactly what happens with your money — including the holding deposit — and what recourse you have if something isn't right.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are pre-owned and sold as described. We photograph each piece thoroughly and describe its condition accurately before listing. If you have any questions about an item's condition, dimensions, or fabric, contact us at support@finityfurniture.com or (530) 208-5086 before purchasing and we will send additional photos or details.
Customers are responsible for verifying that furniture will fit in their intended space — including doorways, hallways, staircases, and the room itself — before placing an order. We are not able to accept returns due to fit or size issues.
The $50 deposit reserves your item and delivery window. It applies toward your purchase total at delivery and is not an additional fee.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@finityfurniture.com or (530) 208-5086. Cancellation time is measured from when we receive your cancellation notice, not when it is sent.
Your remaining balance — the purchase total minus the $50 deposit — is due at the time of delivery. We do not charge the remaining balance in advance. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit and debit cards in person at delivery.
We take care to represent every item accurately. If you receive a piece that materially differs from how it was described or photographed — beyond minor color variation from screen display — contact us at support@finityfurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the discrepancy.
We will review and, where the item is genuinely misrepresented, work with you on a resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a partial or full refund. We do not offer resolutions for issues that were visible in the listing photos or disclosed in the item description.
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or payment provider. We take disputes seriously and will work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where the transaction was completed in accordance with these terms.
