Finity Furniture (finityfurniture.com) offers optional new-arrival text alerts. If you sign up for our new-arrival text alerts, we collect your mobile phone number (and, if you choose to provide them, your email address and the type of furniture you're looking for), along with the date and time you agreed to receive texts. We use this information only to send you the alerts you asked for and to reply to your messages. Messages are delivered through our SMS provider, Twilio.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
